At ScholarLMS, we ensure that our system is regularly updated with the latest bug fixes and security updates. In addition to the standard features that are available out of the box, we also offer custom development to meet specific requests and requirements.
How it works?
If you need any custom changes or additions to ScholarLMS that are not currently available as standard features, you can follow the process below:
- Submit your request, including a detailed explanation of what addition or change you need in the platform and the reason for requesting it.
- Our technical team will analyze your request and inform you whether we can implement your custom request in the platform or not. If we can, we will also inform you of the cost for the requested change. Our hourly rate for such development tasks is $50/hr. We will provide an estimate of the number of hours required for the implementation and an approximate date of completion.
- Depending on the scope of the task, we may fine-tune the request through back and forth communication. This may result in changes to the cost of development and the delivery dates.
- Once we come to an agreement and the one-time fixed price fee for the development is paid, work shall commence.
