Reports and Logs

A very powerful feature of ScholarLMS is the reports it generates. A report is a set of data, fetched and organized according your requirements. A report can contain information about the LMS itself or about your learners, your own staff and even about the courses you have on your LMS.

But the information I need from my LMS is very unique.

The more unique your requirement, the more powerful the report is. And that is where you truly see ScholarLMS shine as an online learning management system. Our eLearning engineers work with your team to understand the kind of reports you want the system to generate and set them up based on rules and restrictions that fetch exactly the kind of data you require.

For instance, you can have a report that tells how many students have been attending the classes in a given month and how many have left the course. If they left the course mid-way, what stage were they at when they left? Is there a particular course that no student is attempting? What is the average marks your students are getting in a particular assignment? How many staff members are logging into the system regularly? How much time are they spending logged on inside the system? Same for the students – how many hours are they spending reading the coursework? The questions are endless and so are the reports.

These reports present you simplified data that can help you take key business decisions that have both learning and financial impact on your system.

Who can view the reports?

When you create a report you can select which users can view it. The reports are displayed in a block in the course or site front page.

User activity on ScholarLMS can be monitored using the Logs option. This features levels of detail from the LMS as well as student details, grouped by date time.
